Dear minister of labour the honourable Jean-Pierre Blackburn m.p.,
The minister of labour should not be doing anything except keeping quiet about this CN strike until after a mediator has determined if this strike is legal or not.
The minister has already interfered and should be replaced as soon as possible as far as I’m concerned.
This minister has done nothing of the terrible state of the Canadian trucking Industry, employers are robbing, stealing, abusing their employees who are Canadian citizens while this minister, minister of transport and minister of revenue do nothing for them.
You can “jerk my chain” all day if you want to but I can JERK back.
Stop “jerk’n chain”.
My chain has no slack for the minister responsible for the working conditions of Canada’s federally regulated trucking Industry.
Rather than preparing any ‘Back To Work Legislation‘ and announcing such to the media, before a mediator has made a decision, this minister should find out why these workers walked off the job in the first place and why CN Rail Trains keep falling off the tracks killing people and doing damage and dumping toxins into the environment.
WHY, I ask, does this keep happening ?
Maybe this minister should take a trip across the country by train, a CN train, a freight train on a regular route with a regular crew, you can sleep on the floor, there is no Caboose.
If I were your boss I would have just two words for you.

Your fired, for this recent announcement of back to work legislation and have a nice “trip” to the back bench’s area, please.
Before you go though could you fire all of CN rail’s managment Please.
We could replace them with those immigrants to Canada that have phd’s and masters degrees presently driving taxis.
