Dear members of parliament,
What have you done for us (working people) lately, anyone, anyone, I hear a deadly silence out there much like one might imagine after a huge nuclear power generator has melted down in the midst of Toronto.
Let me guess you increased welfare funding and Catholic school support and kiddie day-fare to pander at the ballot box. Yes or no fiberal.
Shhhhhhh, someone might hear you fiberal McSpendy.
I don’t want another Buzz Hargrove electioneering for the Liberals do you.
The NDP has to get away from supporting labour as they are too busy with other more important matters like telling everyone how the “surplus” should be spent and what afiscal imbalance is.
Jack Layton’s idea of increasing the minimum taxable amount on the income tax form to twenty thousand dollars was right on the money, no pun intended. How about eliminating rrsp donations since those are an added tax burden to those who earn under one hundred thousand dollars a year or did you know that already, I think you do quit frankly.Bankers and rich investors and scalpers love your rrsp’s. To the average person they are an increased burden because the tax loss to the government is made up by workers who can not afford to put money away and are living paycheque to paycheque.
Most Canadians unlike yourselves don not earn one hundred and sixty thousand dollars a year, they live week to week on two incomes.
I should be charging a fee for advice though I couldn’t determine a price, one million per hour, one billion a day, or fifty cents who cares, I do.
Sincerely Yours,
