Law and Disorder

February 19, 200* (7)
Dear attorney general of Ontario the honourable Micheal Bryant m.p.p.,
Ontario’s courts found Canada’s constitutional definition of marriage unconstitutional due to discrimination.
Ontario’s courts also found that publicly funding Catholic schools is guarenteed because it is Constitutional.
The constitutional law of marriage between one man and one woman was over ruled
as discriminating.
The constituional right to public funding of one religion is upheld by Ontario’s courts because it is “constitutional”.
Do you see a problem somewhere ?
I sure do.
Ontario provincial court’s overuling Canadas constitution for the sake of special interest groups, homosexual’s and catholics is clear as day to me.
Something is basically wrong with both of these decisions and lack of human rights commission pressure against them.
The attorney general of Ontario needs to take a serious look at what is going on in the province’s court rooms and find out what is really causing or allowing these kind of disasterous and hypocritical decisions to be made.
Are Ontario’s judge’s drunk on the job ?
Are they being paid off for a favourable decision ?
I can not think of anything else that could allow for such contradictory discrimination on the part of courts to occur.
Sincerely yours,
